Уважаемые участники форума, будьте любезны, поделитесь своим опытом. В скором времени мы планируем получить лицензию на использование недр в Ханты-Мансийском автономном округе, в частности, для осуществления двух хозяйственно-бытовых скважин и двух скважин на питьевую воду. У нас возникло множество вопросов, таких как: каким образом представляется обоснованная потребность в использовании подземных вод с учетом перспективы? Какие требования должны удовлетворять эти воды? Требуется ли какое-либо согласование с государственными органами?

Добрый вечер! Тоже ищу помочь мне с информацией? Я хотел бы узнать, все ли лицензии на недропользование выдаются на основе конкурса, и где я могу найти список необходимых документов для оформления лицензии на использование подземных вод?

Для получения лицензии на использование недр наиболее надежным способом является обращение в Роснедра - государственный региональный орган. Кроме того, можно ознакомиться с правилами подачи заявок на использование природных ресурсов для откачки грунтовых вод, которые используются для подачи питьевой воды населению или для обеспечения водой промышленных объектов. Эти правила были утверждены приказом МПР России от 29.11.2004 года № 710. Также можно ознакомиться с административным регламентом Федерального агентства по недропользованию, который содержит информацию о выполнении государственных функций.
